Give2TheTroops to be our Charities for 2010.
Club Horizon is a psychosocial rehabilitation program serving adults, age 18 or older, with mental illness. Members receive psychosocial services through Club Horizons program of meaningful work and meaningful relationships. Members work at their own speed to regain the confidence and skills necessary to lead vocationally productive and socially satisfying lives. Click this link for a video--Club Horizon Introduction
Give2TheTroops is an organization that collects donations and sends them to the troops deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. They try to send the most requested items to the soldiers all year long.
WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS, WHAT THEY DO AND THEIR DEDICATION TO HELPING OTHERS. WE HAVE CHOSEN THEM FOR 2009 ALSO.
